ARE ALL SALES FINAL ON TICKET PURCHASES?

Yes, all sales are final on ticket purchases. Demand for the event is high and we must be able to accomodate all of our guests. Therefore we must insist that all sales are final.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO THIS EVENT?

Yes, FANtom Fest is an all ages show. Children 10 & Under are free with paying Adult. While we can't be everywhere at once, we will try our best to ensure that it will be a family friendly environment.

ARE ALL THE CELEBRITY GUESTS COMING TO FANtom FEST?
Celebrity Guests that are announced for the show are indeed coming. All Celebrity Guests will be signing the 3 days of the event, unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that the Celebrity Guests are working actors/actresses/directors etc. and may cancel for a professional commitment at any given time.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON I WANT TO SEE CANCELS?

All ticket sales are FINAL. FANtom Fest can not be held responsible if a Celebrity Guest cancels due to illness, family emergency, or professional commitment. We will try our best to get a replacement guest for the show. We will try to get the person who cancels for a future FANtom Fest event.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKETS FOR A VIP PACKAGE?

Yes, you can upgrade your tickets to a VIP Package (while supplies last). Simply purchase the VIP Package you want and we will refund your initial ticket purchase shortly after.

I WANT TO BE A VENDOR AT FANtom FEST. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Please read the following guidlines:

  • Vendor's tables must have at least ONE (1) Person working during the entire time that the vendor's room is open to the public.

  • Vendor's exhibits may not intrude in the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer's tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of the Pennsylvania Fire Marshall.

  • Wall space is available and vendors will be granted this space. Please ensure to follow the Hotel Guidelines,

  • For vendors who are selling liquid goods, please make sure you have tarp set up underneath your table. It'll protect the Hotel's carpeting from getting damaged.

  • If you require Electricity for your goods, you will be provided with a table near an outlet. You are responsible for bringing your own extension cords.     

  • Tables are purchased under the VENDOR link here on the website. All payments are made through PAYPAL. If you do not wish to use PAYPAL, we can accept payment by check. Send an email to pafantomfest@gmail.com for instructions on check payments. PLEASE NOTE-IF YOUR CHECK BOUNCES, YOU WILL NOT ONLY LOSE YOUR SPOT AS A VENDOR, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO PAY BACK THE AMOUNT OF THE CHECK AND A $35 FEE. You will also not be allowed to pay with a check again, you will have to pay using PAYPAL.

  • No tables/spaces will be "reserved" without payment. Quite simply if we don't have your payment, you are NOT a vendor at FANtom Fest.

  • Each vendor is granted 2 weekend passes along with their table reservations.

  • All vendors agree to not hold FANtom Fest promoters, workers, volunteers and Hilton Hotel entities, employees and agents, responsible against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendor participation in FANtom Fest. This is why we are telling you to make sure your table has someone there at all times. FANtom Fest Staff will be around to help & keep an eye on things, but we can't be everywhere at once.

  • All vendors are held responsible to any damages caused to Hilton Hotel property. Please double check under the VENDORS link about the specific rules for your set up.

  • FANtom Fest and Hilton Hotel in no way endorses any vendors merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. Vendors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of FANtom Fest. Vendors do not represent FANtom Fest or Hilton Hotel in any way, shape or form. FANtom Fest is not responsible for any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises.

  • All merchandise sold by all vendors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied.

  • FANtom Fest reserves the right to refuse to allow displays that are pornographic or overtly gory.

  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANY PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL TO BE SOLD AT FANTOM FEST! THIS IS AN ALL AGES SHOW! IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE SELLING PORN PARODIES OF "THE EVIL DEAD", "HALLOWEEN" OR "THE WALKING DEAD", YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT FASTER THAN YOU CAN SAY SHE SELLS SEASHELLS AT THE SEASHORE!!! YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK FOR THE NEXT SHOW! THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING!      

  • Be sure to have enough merchandise on hand. While each vendor is unique, some will be selling the same merchandise. Don't be that vendor loses sales because you didn't have enough quantity on hand.

  • ALL VENDOR SALES ARE FINAL! DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF SPACE, WE MUST MAKE THIS A NECESSITY. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE SHOW THAT WEEKEND DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY.

  • Please note-all rules and regulations subject to change without notice, at any given time seen fit to stay in accordance with all Local and State laws.

  • Have fun at the show interacting with fans and celebrity guests.

HOW MUCH ARE THE CELEBRITY GUESTS CHARGING FOR AUTOGRAPHS?

Autograph prices usually start at $20 and go up from there. Each Guest is different and prices will vary depending on the star. This also includes table photos, as some celebrity guests can and will charge extra for a photo at their table. This does not include the FOTOPLEX Pro Photo Ops.
